We recommend placing orders from a single warehouse. When placing an order with various products and brands, please be aware that your order may ship from different warehouses in several packages. When an order is placed from multiple warehouses, delivery times and costs may vary.
We do our best every day to ensure all of your orders arrive on time. If by any chance you don't get your products during the delivery timeframe, we will work hard to understand why and to make sure it does not happen again.

Once your order has been sent, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number, which allows you to track your shipment from our warehouse to your door! If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days, you can check your order status here, or contact us directly via email.
Please note that all orders are subject to an additional processing time of 24h at our warehouse. Customised products have an additional processing time of 5-10 business days on top of regular delivery times. All packages will only be processed and delivered Monday to Friday.
Deliveries may be subject to delays by factors such as border clearance, regional holidays, weather conditions, problems with the shipping carrier, or incorrect address information. If you do not receive your package by the specified time, please contact our customer service.
