The first order went smoothly and quickly. Things didn't go so well with the second one. The order arrived very late. With the third order, it said "WAITING FOR PAYMENT" for approx. 2 weeks, although the entire invoice was paid immediately after the order was placed. The phone rings into the void and the e-mails are not answered either. The product is fine, but the service is very unreliable, which is why we will not be ordering again in future. In addition, we have to reckon with about 10% waste, which is a lot.
